Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your unwashed and unworn Oodie back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and ribbons are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Relax
Hand your package to the designated courier service; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
